Key Largo living coral reef - Florida Keys

Explore Key Largo's natural wonders.

You can venture to the ocean side of Key Largo and explore North America's only living coral reef, but only on REALLY nice days, when the wind is light and the seas are calm. And, we only take a maximum of 4 passengers on our snorkel trips.

So, if you've snorkeled from a big, crowded boat with 50 of your not-so-closest friends, and you're looking for something completely different, call and ask about The Coral Exam.

For those who prefer not to get in the water, this can be your Key Largo kayak tour on the reef - it's a great way to see the magnificent color and splendor of our shallow reef areas.

  • Just $ 55  for adults.
  • $ 35  for children 12 and under.
  • Mask, fins, snorkel, and safety vest included.

Note: wetsuit may be desired during winter months, we do not offer wetsuit rentals. So many fish!

We provide the rods, reels, lures, and years of shallow water experience to get you to some good spots! You're welcome to bring your own kayak or paddle-board, as long as it fits in the space available on the deck of the "Out There" Key Largo Kayak Expeditions Boat.

We also offer the use of "Tava" paddle-boards, these are surf-style paddle-boards, long, wide, and stable, and ideal for those trying paddle-boarding for the first time.

Key Largo Paddleboarding

By law, each kayak or paddle-board is required to have a life vest and whistle on board, which we recommend wearing (although it is not required). Guests are reminded that the Key Largo Eco tours offered by Out There Key Largo Kayak Expeditions do involve getting wet, and are advised to dress appropriately. Do you have more questions?
